Paralegal

Our law firm focuses on environmental and toxic torts. We have over 20 years of experience in the diligent and successful representation of many thousands of clients and their families. We have the insight, resources, and knowledge to handle cases nationwide.

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to assist litigation as well as contract preparation. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of legal research and contract drafting and analysis. Given the current COVID-19 crisis there is a pissibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Assists lawyers in organizing and preparing cases.
• Performs researches.
• Prepares documents.
• Keeps legal records.
• Arranges for interviews with clients.
• Performs administrative duties.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytic person with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Thorough experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal research.
