Receptionist

We are a law firm fighting on behalf of people affected by asbestos exposure and their families. Our experienced legal team is dedicated to providing excellent litigation services to get clients answers and compensation.

Our law firm is recruiting for a polished Receptionist. You'll take responsibility for meeting and greeting and offer administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Listen to clients to understand requests and inquiries to provide precise information about services and offer prompt assistance.
• Assist lawyers and legal aids in the firm to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Meet and greet visitors in a business-like and friendly manner.
• Receive, document, organize and mail out documents by following established guidelines and procedures.
• Answer telephone inquiries, direct call traffic to the proper person, take accurate and complete messages.
• Load/unload parcels, deliver them.
• Copy and fax documents.
• Other general office and clerical duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Prior client service work experience preferred.
• High levels of emotional intelligence and of customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office Skills.
