When it comes to toxic exposure cases, I like to get involved as much as I can to thoroughly understand the client’s perspective on how their injury occurred. Dr. Corey Masuca is a toxic exposure attorney who has been employed with the Jefferson County Department of Health for 24 years, most recently as the Principal Air Pollution Control Engineer, where he led the Department’s efforts to maintain clean air for the citizens of Jefferson County, Alabama. The attorney has also been tapped to advise the EPA on air quality standards. Dr. Corey Masuca's department is working to ensure toxic emissions are within acceptable levels and that companies are following the permits.
The attorney is a Licensed Professional (PE) and Doctorate (Ph.D.) environmental engineer turned personal injury attorney looking to help those in need of assistance in any personal injury cases, including environmental injuries. He has joined the legal team at Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. in the hope of offering quality assistance to toxic exposure victims such as veterans and industrial workers injured by harmful substances during active duty or occupationally.
