Who We Help

Veterans — prioritizing claims for those who served.

The primary mission of our law firm is to help veterans whose health was affected by toxic exposure during military service recover the financial compensation they deserve.

Overview

Veterans who fought in rough conflicts — World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and post-9/11 operations — deserve our utmost respect and consideration. They were exposed to unimaginable dangers while defending our country. Toxic exposure is only one of these dangers, and contrary to popular belief, it is not a thing of the past. Current service members are still being exposed to hazardous agents.

Asbestos is just one of the numerous toxic agents that veterans came in contact with while on active duty. Other harmful substances responsible today for the physical and emotional suffering of veterans include Agent Orange, PFOS and PFOA in firefighting foam (AFFF), mustard gas, lewisite, jet fuel, and the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune.

If you are a veteran injured by a toxic agent, we will help you file a claim with the VA to recover financial disability compensation — and a parallel personal injury claim against the companies that manufactured the toxic products. Filing one does not affect your right to the other.

Veterans with any type of cancer may be eligible for compensation. Many of the toxic agents service members were exposed to are known carcinogens. We will conduct extensive research to find evidence supporting your claim, and we work on a contingency-fee basis — you owe nothing unless we recover compensation on your behalf.

Family members of deceased veterans are also eligible. If you lost a veteran family member to a disease caused by toxic exposure, we can help you file a wrongful death claim and pursue VA Dependency and Indemnity Compensation. Your involvement is minimal — send us the military and medical records, and we handle the rest.
