While providing toxic exposure victims with legal assistance and helping innocent people obtain compensation for their injuries is undoubtedly one of the most challenging and demanding endeavors, I find my job extremely rewarding at the end of the day. Seeing firsthand how toxic exposure and defective products can wreak havoc on a person’s life is heartwrenching, but this only fuels our ambition to go to great lengths to achieve justice for these vulnerable people.

Our Difference

Yahn Olson is a toxic exposure attorney whose vast knowledge has been of tremendous help in his decision-making and compassionate yet professional approach to each case. Because he is well aware that behind each claim, there is a person who is often in great physical and emotional pain, the attorney makes sure to carefully listen to what his clients have to say. He subsequently devises the most effective strategy to hold the responsible parties liable for their unethical actions and achieve justice for the victims' suffering.

Before joining Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. in the summer of 2021, Yahn Olson worked as a legal intern at Gasp Group and at Waterkeeper Alliance: Coosa Riverkeeper, both of which are headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. He also completed a legal externship at Southern Environmental Law Center in the same city.

Yahn Olson is a reliable and trustworthy attorney who is dedicated to offering high-quality legal assistance to toxic exposure victims. His determination to help as many people in distress as possible drives his every professional decision, and the attorney is ready to go to great lengths to achieve the most favorable outcome possible for his clients. Yahn Olson's straightforward and transparent approach to each case ensures a great, honest relationship with his clients, as they know from the get-go what the legal process implies and how challenging and complex they should expect it to be.
